WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A PRO MEMBERSHIP?

We design and build our products to meet the demanding needs of outdoor professionals. The Industry Pro Program is reserved for individuals and organizations that are directly involved in the outdoor industry. Through this program, we hope to enable outdoor professionals to obtain quality gear, and build a solid network of product ambassadors and enthusiasts

Note: Membership is by application, is not guaranteed and is subject to our Pro Program policies. All applications require current documentation to be considered for approval. This program is a privilege and should be used with discretion and respect to policies below. Abuse of the program will result in immediate termination of benefits and will prevent future membership eligibility. We reserve the right to change the policies at any time and without prior notice.

INDUSTRY PRO PURCHASE GUIDELINES

• All Industry Pro Purchase accounts are for personal use only. Purchases for family members, friends, or resale is prohibited, and can result in the immediate termination of your account.

• Industry Pro Purchase accounts are valid for 1 calendar year based on initial approval date. All memberships must be renewed on a yearly basis. Additional proof of eligibility is required for all renewals. Current account holders will receive an email notifying them of the impending deactivation approximately 30 days prior to the account expiration date.

• Orders may not be changed once they are placed.

• We do not accept returns for Industry Pro Purchase orders. If you have questions, please contact our customer service department or use this site as a resource.

• We do not currently allow backorders for Industry Pro Purchase orders.
