Cosmo Goss grew up fishing and fishing and working in his parents' restaurant in southern California. He went to culinary school in Colorado before moving to New York and then Chicago to work in some of the country's top restaurants. in 2018 he and his wife moved to Ensenada, Mexico. There, his daughter, Luna, was born, and he started his own hospitality and culinary consulting business. He now gets to enjoy time with his family, time on the water fishing, and of course, cooking with his family, friends, and clients as much as he can.
