Capt. Jamie Hough is a fisherman by day, a chef by night, and a philanthropist too. Based out of Charleston, SC, Capt. Jamie runs Redfish Mafia Charters where he chases trout and redfish, and also competes on his pro boat team Redfish Mafia as they travel up and down the east coast and gulf. When Jamie isn't hammering reds, he can be found in the kitchen or more famously on season 10 of MasterChef. On top of all that, Jamie runs his own non-profit, Southeastern Rescue and relief. They specialize in feeding the masses after natural disasters throughout the South-east and Caribbean where they have fed hundreds of thousands of people.
