INGREDIENTS


1 Salmon fillet

1 Teaspoon soy sauce

1 Teaspoon sesame oil

1 Teaspoon chili puree

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Teaspoon black sesame seeds

¼ Asian pear

½ Avocado

Wonton shells

Cilantro

DIRECTIONS


1. Remove skin from salmon fillet.

2. Dice fillet into small pieces, ensuring all bones have been removed. Place diced fillet in large bowl.

3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chili puree, lemon juice, and black sesame seeds to the bowl. Mix well.

4. Thinly slice Asian pear and avocado.

5. Deep fry wonton shells in hot oil, creating a taco-shaped bend in the shells when frying. Dry off any excess oil after frying.

6. Assemble tacos by lining fried wonton shells with slices of Asian pear and avocado. Fill with salmon mixture and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
